The Vision of ELISHA

SCRIPTURE TEXTS: 1 Kings 19:1-21

Sometimes it takes faith to opens our eyes to see the vision of God’s plans, promise, & presence in our midst. In a time when the prophet Elisha faced what appeared to be insurmountable odds of opposition, he operated according to the vision of his faith from God and not just the evidence of his earthly eyes. Indeed, by the Holy Spirit, Elijah in prayer was able to afford the provision of this vision to his own servant, revealing the armies of heaven as chariots of fire surrounding the people of God with the full provision of His purposes to overwhelm the enemy in the love of the Lord.
